The LCD-H3-FHB is equipped with a state of the art LED light engine that offers optional 0-10V dimming with excellent orientation uniform lighting output efficacies and lumen outputs. The superior thermal management maximizes 100% the reliability and longevity that heatpipe-SSL systems can provide. The unique mounting configurations allows the LCD-H3-FHB to be used as a high-power floodlight when mounted using an adjustable steel yoke, or as a high bay when hung from the steel hook. SPECIFICATIONS
Construction:The LCD-H3-FHB is a precision designed luminaire that takes advantage of the best properties of three main materials: the mounting bracketry is constructed of high strength steel; the heat dissipation fins are constructed of lightweight aluminum; and the LED board itself is mounted directly to an array of hollow copper tubes that terminate throughout the aluminum heat sink assembly for maximum heat dissipation. The H2-FHB has a sealed reflector with an e-PTFE breathable membrane filter that allows the enclosure to expand and contract without drawing in moisture or dust that would depreciate the lumen output of the luminaire. The inner reflector is mirrored aluminum and is available in 45°, 60°, or 90° beam angles.The unique construction of the LCD-H3-FHB maximizes heat dissipation and therefore increases the longevity,  reliability,and performance. 

Optics:
Our LCD-H3-FHB series luminaire delivers exceptional light quality, with correlated color temperatures available from 3000K to 6500K and a CRI of ≥70. The LCD-H2-FHB LED light engines are controlled with precision, specular reflectors to distribute light in 45°, 60°, or 90° beam angles that can produce the ideal orientation uniform lighting distribution for either floodlighting or high bays that maximizes fixture spacing while still delivering light where it is needed in the most efficient way possible. Producing up to 120000 delivered lumens, the LCD-H3-FHB has a conservative L70 of 50,000 hours.

Electrical:
The LCD-H3-FHB is powered by a TUV UL SAA CE RoHs approved Top high quality constant current, high efficiency Class 2 LED driver with active power factor correction (>0.97 typical). The driver has an IP67 rating for all around protection against over-voltage, over-temperature, short circuit conditions, and lightning. The LCD-H3-FHB driver has a standard voltage sensing input of 95 ~ 305VAC 50/60Hz. It has a Class A EMI rating, complies with UL8750 safety regulations and with ANSI/IEEE C62.41 Class A Operation. The LCD-H2-FHB is suitable for operation in (-30°C to 90°C) ambient conditions. 

Thermal Management:
Our LED module and driver are mounted directly to the purpose designed housing which functions as a dedicated, LCD logic thermal heat sink. The heat sinks are unique and has been sized to maximize the thermal dissipation of the luminaire. This configuration optimizes the heat removal for the LEDs and the driver, which makes possible the high efficacy, lumen output and longevity of the LCD-H3-FHB.

Environmentally Friendly Design:
LCD-H3-FHB luminaires consume very little energy and provide long life in comparison to traditional lamp technologies. The LCD-H3-FHB-1003 consumes only 1000 watts, but the light output can be conservatively compared to a 5000W HID luminaire of similar design. The LCD-H3-FHB-1003 can be compared to a 5000W HID luminaire. The LCD-H3-FHB is RoHS (Restriction of Hazardous Substances) compliant and provides a significant reduction in KW load and carbon emissions. 

Installation:
The LCD-H3-FHB series luminaire features a bracketry design that can be easily mounted to any surface and is readily wired to a J-box. The floodlight brackets have 13 positive stops every 10° so it stays exactly where it is aimed. The high bay loop allows the H2-FHB to be mounted like a standard high bay.

Choice of differents distributions including Spot (SP), Asymmetric 33° Flood (A33), Rectangular Medium Flood (RM) distributions and a specialty distribution designed for Airport bracket applications featuring a wide 80-130° horizontal and narrow 15-20° vertical beam. Composed of high performance UV stabilized optical grade polymer refractor lenses to achieve desired distribution optimized to get maximum spacing, target lumens and a superior lighting uniformity. System is rated IP66. Performance shall be tested per LM-79, LM-80 and TM-21 (IESNA) certifying its photometric performance. Designed and tested to rating IK10 in accordance with European standard EN 62262 (equivalent of international standard IEC 62262 2002).

Auto adjusting universal voltage input from 85 to 277 VAC or 347 to 480 VAC rated for both application line to line or line to neutral, ClassI, THD of 20% max. 0-10V dimming driver included, dimming leads pre-wired to controls except when DD option is selected. The current supplying the LEDs will be reduced by the driver if the driver experiences internal overheating as a protection to the LEDs and the electrical components. Output is protected from short circuits, voltage overload and current overload. Automatic recovery after correction. Standard built in driver surge protection of 2.5kV (min).
