The LCD-BHD5012® EX PROOF series is a rugged, flameproof LED luminaire. It features an integrated mounting channel for universal installation. The aluminium and plastic construction make the BHD5012 highly resistant to aggressive chemical agents.
This luminaire is suitable for installation in gas group IIC, making it a universal LED solution.

The linear Ex light fitting type BHD51 is intended for use in places with an explosive gas and dust atmosphere. The light fitting is designed for use in the industrial areas and facilities, indoor and outdoor spaces. Suitable for zone 2 and zone22 ; suitable for IIA, IIB, IIC type explosive gas environment and A,B, C type explosive dust environment; tsuitable for T6 temperature group; environmental relative humidity: ≤ 85%; ambient temperature: -30 ºC~ +50ºC; altitude ≤ 2000m; atmospheric pressure 0.8 ~ 1.1 × 105 Pa; Widely used in oil and gas exploration, oil refining, metallurgy, chemical, Navy boat & vessel, offshore oil platforms, oil tankers and other dangerous places indoor and outdoor lighting. Hazardous zones: 2, 22.Ex batten light fitting type BHD51 is used as traditional Ex fluorescent lighting fitting with T8 fluorescent lamps in parallel configuration.

CONSTRUCTION
LCD-BHD51 series of explosion-proof LED linear light is designed and manufactured with a small size, light weight, long life, pollution-free, maintenance-free, safe, energy saving, durable and environmental-friendly Explosion-proof LED linear light.
Housing: high light transmittance PC material , the strength of more than 4J, can reduce the damage to the light in the abnormal operation.
Diffuser: PC polycarbonate plastic
Gasket(waterproof O-ring): Nitrile rubber, good aging and corrosion resistance.
Light shell: Aluminum alloy high pressure die-casting, with good microstructure, hardness and wear resistance
Fasteners: STS304 stainless steel with high corrosion resistance and high strength
The light fitting accessories and lamp housing split structure design, easy installation and maintenance; selection of imported light source chip energy saving, environmental protection, high brightness, life expectancy up to 100,000 hours.
