Q1. Can I buy only a sample order for LCD led light or the other products?

A: Yes, you mostly welcome and only one sample order for testing and checking for quality. That will be a good choice.

Q2. What about the lead time for a sample or a lot order?

A: One standard sample needs 3-5 days : 1-2 days for preparing material and 1 day for assembling and 1 day for aging test.
    And for mass production time needs 7-15 working days.

Q3. Do you have any MOQ limit for led light order?

A: No MOQ issure for us, 1pc for sample checking is available

Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?

A: It depends on your requests. We usually ship them out by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT. It usually takes 6-7 days to arrive. Airline for 7-10 days and sea shipping also optional for 30-45 days.

Q5. How to proceed an order for led light?

A: Firstly email and call our salesperson to clearly tell us all your requirements or application.Secondly We quote according to your requirements or our suggestions.Thirdly customer confirms the order and places deposit for formal order.Fourthly We arrange the production.

Q6. Is it OK to laser my logo on led light product?
A: Yes. Please sending us your logo design file formally before our production and confirm the design firstly based on our sample.

Q7: Do you offer guarantee for the products?

A: Yes, we offer 5 or 7 years warranty to our products.

Q8: How to deal with the products faulty?

A: Firstly, Our products are produced in strict quality control system and the defective rate will be less than 0.05%.
Secondly, during the guarantee period, we will send new lights with your new order. For some conditions such as driver or PCB panel are broken, and if you can help us to change them with the new driver etc and we will like to send all components to you too.
