LCD Conventional Explosion proof Series is configured with high capacity solar panels and batteries,it is suitable for oil & gas industrial outdoor high traffic areas where a constant lighting level is needed. Featuring a special energy saving mode created by LCD,the light is designed to operate for a minimum of 12 hours each day for 2 consecutive days.

THOR solar led street light head was developed to the fulfil application of true solar led street light for highway lighting and main road lighting which requires ultra-high brightness and continuous long period output.The lifepo4 battery pack and high-efficiency MPPT solar charge controller are built inside of the light fixture. The Lifetime of lifePO4 battery pack is more than 2000 cycles with D.O.D 100%, while D.O.D of the default setting of THOR light is only 60% which means the lifetime is more than 3000 cycles about 8~10 years. As auroras's default setting, THOR light can working high full power for first 6 hours and with 50% power for another 6 hours as full night operation in order to save more solar power in battery and also it helps to extend the lifetime of the battery.The max input current is 15A~20A, it guarantees the whole system could work with very stable performance even in very challenging condition. the lighting power and program could be adjusted easily with remote control.

About LED Source
It adopts ultra high brightness of Luxeon SMD5050 as light source. Each led chip can be drived to 5W max. With 32pcs of 5050 leds drived by low current, it achieve to more than 135lm per watt. Meanwell it output less heat which will extend the lifetime of LED chip greatly.

About Battery Pack
Supber long lifetime LifePO4 battery are adopted for all model of solar street light. Produced with high requirements of management and production by ISO9001 certified factory, lifePO4 battery is able to provide continues and stable power to system for many years without maintainence.

About Controller
As the CPU of solar led light, high efficiency MPPT solar charge controller are adopted for all lights, it allows 12V/24V  10A , 15A ,20A depending on the power of light.  With high quality and high efficiency solar charge controller, it can guarantee sufficient power can be generated with limited solar radiation condition. Lighting program can be modified with remote control easily as customers' demand.

About Connection
Solar light head is to be connected to solar panel directly with MC4 connectors. it make the installation simple and durable. Seperated solar panel can be freely adjusted as needed. Customer can select a suitable power of solar panel depending on their local solar radiation at will.
